Cancellation Policy
Due to requiring respect for my time, a credit card is required on file to book online or in person. A 100% late-cancellation fee OR “no-show” fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file. This is non negotiable and will be implemented after 15 minutes of the appointment start time. With this statement being read, when booking, you are acknowledging this policy and authorizing that your card on file will be ran by Gloss Genius for the total amount due. Disputing, canceling, blocking your card, or any form of non-payment will immediately place you on a ban list where you will not be permitted to book again.
